Bavimo se proizvodnjom octa, i s ponosom isti\u010demo da je na\u0161 ocat pravi gurmanski specijalitet koji \u0107e vas o\u010darati, ne samo svojim mirisom i okusom, ve\u0107 i kompozicijom koja vas uvodi u samu pri\u010du. Vjerujemo da ocat daje notu svakom jelu i stvara pravu kompoziciju okusa. Zato smo nazvali na\u0161 ocat NOTA. Na imanju nudimo degustaciju octa uz jela pripremljena s na\u0161im Allegro Nota jabu\u010dnim octom, Forte Nota vinskim octom i starim mo\u0161tom ili Andante Nota. Uz degustaciju, nudimo i vina od lokalnih proizvo\u0111a\u010da. Na imanju imamo prostoriju za degustaciju i prodajni prostor s lokalnim istarskim delicijama.
