Tenuta Tre Terre is an estate located in the small Dragočevac valley, near the municipality of Momjan – charming Istrian area known for its wine cellars and the prestigious Muscat wine variety.

In 2005, an entrepreneur and visionary, with a wide spectrum of business ventures in his biography, from managing restaurants, hotels, to overseeing a tourist agency, construction company, and real estate agency, Ivan Catalano acquired the 4ha estate with the intention of providing an oasis of peace for his family and himself.

But his child love for agriculture, passion for business and sharing, lead him into transforming a part of the estate into an agricultural field with vineyards, lavender fields and beautiful terraces for admiring the beauty of nature with friends and family.
